When I was paying with my credit card, the dollar limit was insufficient. Luckily, I had a backup card. It was quite embarrassing. Make sure your credit card has enough dollar limit before renting a car!

The condition of the car was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the service.

The rental company is very professional, the store is conveniently located at the airport, and the staff patiently explained everything to us.

Hertz were the worst rental experience I have ever had. They were terribly unorganised, rude, slow and had no idea how to handle the amount of people waiting for a car. We had no one check the car with us and many scratches and dents on the car. I will avoid hertz from now on!!!

As always a great booking platform, easy to use and great filters and options!

The car listing showed Standard Crossover, Peugeot 3008 or similar. But the actual car was a Toyota CHR which is much smaller both in terms of seating capacity and luggage. And the navigation system was faulty.
