Very disappointing. This was the first time I've encountered a situation where the price was increased at the last minute. Luckily, I can speak French; otherwise, I wouldn't have known how to handle the communication. I showed them my reservation, but they denied it, saying 'There's no way you got such a low price.' They insisted I pay an additional 40 euros; otherwise, I wouldn't get the car. This took over an hour to resolve. Later, with the help of the rental platform, they agreed to refund the 40 euros after the trip. Eventually, I got the car at their price. In situations like this, having a reliable platform is crucial. The rental platform was very helpful, but the whole ordeal wasted a lot of time.

The store is in the center of Paris, and it's a few hundred meters away from the parking lot, which is not very convenient.

The pick up took a long time as the desk was very busy, but the young lady at the counter was very nice and professional.

When I originally got the quote, I thought it was too good to be true, so I contacted Hertz directly and they did confirm pricing. I will definitely use Easyrentcar again.
