Instructions were unclear; returning the car was a huge hassle. We circled the airport several times.

Customer service is average; they do not proactively explain the items on the charge list. You need to read carefully and confirm any unclear points with them on the spot.

They changed our car model but didn't guide us to inspect the car. They just handed us the keys and told us to pick it up in the parking lot. Upon return, they pointed out an old, minor scratch and claimed it needed to be fixed. Also, they charged a 99 Euro pre-authorization for a full tank, but the car was marked as 4/8 full at pick-up and returned with 4/8, yet still charged the 99 Euros. This Hertz service was really poor.

J'avais réservé une Polo ou équivalent et j'ai eu une 108. Au prix d'une 108. Mais j'aurais préféré avoir une Polo et payer plus cher.

J'ai fait une erreur de mail à l'enregistrement et le service client m'a bien accompagné pour la corriger.
