Got tricked into buying a lot of extra things. The car rental platform did not inform me in advance.

Very enthusiastic and thoughtful

When returning the car, I left my handbag on the driver's seat and forgot to take it with me. Multiple phone calls yielded no results. Later, we sought help from another company's staff who managed to retrieve it for us. However, $900 in cash from the bag was missing (other documents and cards were still there). After the cash went missing, I contacted the Boston Alamo airport manager Tim who promised to look into the surveillance footage but never got back to us on time. Calls to the manager also went unanswered. What kind of terrible attitude is this?

Pretty good. The location is prominent, the service is enthusiastic, and the car is in great condition.

I had requested a car with Apple car play so as to make it easy for me to use my phone in the car. The staff just pointed to me the group of cars that I was eligible to pick up. They didn’t know which particular car could help me with my requirements.

The booking process doesn’t cover the complete costs involved. Once again the local toll charges weren’t covered.
