Seriously? Who makes such rules? Do they have such authority? Eventually, they changed it to basic insurance upon my insistence!

They raised the price upon seeing we had children. Compared to Thai car rental companies, it's like heaven and earth.

The reservation indicated I had to pay around $148 at the counter, but the rental company added $6 for road assistance and $12 for insurance without asking me, which should have made the total around $166. However, I was ultimately charged approximately $180.

Returning the car is very convenient. If you have full insurance, there's no need for a car inspection. Just hand over the keys when returning.
