Satisfied with the service quality.

I booked a Ford Escape or similar standard SUV, and the counter staff gave me a nearly new Dodge Journey with just under 8000 miles. The car matched the booking on QEEQ, and the counter staff only asked briefly about extra insurance, which I declined without any further push. Everything went smoothly except for a long queue since it was noon from Miami to San Francisco. There was no one-way fee in California, and the car exchange at the LA airport store was incredibly fast, taking less than 5 minutes.

The cars from Dollar are relatively old, but they work fine. They even gave us a free upgrade. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient. However, they always try to add insurance without asking, so make sure to double-check when picking up the car. QEEQ helped me communicate and get it removed, so overall, I'm fairly satisfied. There are toll roads on the East Coast of the US, and I got lost a few times. I was charged $50 when I got back home, so be careful. On the West Coast, there's only one toll at the Golden Gate Bridge.

Like: Shuttle drivers were very nice, so were the counter staff. Drop off staff friendly as well! Car was great, all options and having sat radio was a plus.
Dislike: Only problem encountered was the drive to and from. Much of it due to LAX. It can take a long time to drive through especially if you get picked up at the first gates. Drive back was a little slow too due to the fact we picked up many arriving rental customers (filled the bus) along the way. Not the drivers fault, but is time consuming.
