As I said before I ran into a lot of problems with my cars: - first car looked reasonable but discovered later that rubber of windshield whiper was loose (not practical since it rained a lot). Furthermore car notification that car needed a engine oil now. Had to swap car - second car less comfortable and after one day received a notification of engine malfunction. Had to swap cars again. However, closest Budget location was >60 miles away. Very inconvenient and time consuming - third car was fairly new and quite good. Budget representative tried to give me a Dodge Charger first which is not a SUV at all. Eventually after waiting I was offered a good car. At the end of my trip this car also gave a notification that engine oil change was due.

If your flight is delayed abroad, their customer support will help you communicate with the rental company, which is very considerate. They also call to check if the car rental went smoothly. QEEQ is getting better and better.

The service level is average compared to other industries.

Picking up the car was a bit troublesome, as the staff recommended many insurance options and vehicle upgrades, all of which I declined. Returning the car was quick and very convenient.
