I had already completed all payments through Zuzuche, including additional insurance. At the counter, the clerk said nothing, didn't ask or explain anything, just asked me to sign and pay the deposit. Naturally, I assumed he was aware that I had completed all formalities with Zuzuche. However, when I returned the car, I was asked to pay an additional 112 euros for extra insurance. It feels like a scam. I repeatedly contacted the rental store, but they dismissed me each time, claiming I had signed for it. Each trip to AVIS took up half a day, and I never got a reasonable resolution. It's fair to call it a scam!

Language barrier made communication very uncomfortable. They wanted over 200 euros if the tank wasn't full, but filling it up myself only cost 12 euros. That's ridiculous.

The car rental process was very fast, no queues, and no unnecessary upselling of insurance. The car check during return at the airport was a bit slow though.

It's okay, but they were constantly upselling.
