The process was fairly smooth and the staff provided detailed information. Unlike in China, the staff just gave the key and the parking spot, and you have to get the car yourself instead of them driving it out for you.

Like: Efficient and polite staff; vehicle is new and in excellent condition
Dislike: It would be much better for the contract printed in bilingual, i.e. French and English as we are unable to understand French. Confusion may offer due to communication problems.
