The car was booked before arrival. I arrived at kiosk . Service counter were told me that vehicle was not ready . Lady made a phone call to ask to get car ready. I arrived late to pick up the car, and my reserved model or an equivalent was not kept for me. I was forced to take another model, which was an electric car. It consumed energy very quickly and was not even fully charged when handed to me. Although the display showed 400 kilometers when fully charged, it could barely cover 200 kilometers in reality. I didn't dare to use the air conditioning. The experience was very poor. Additionally, they didn't provide an invoice for the cost promptly after the car exchange. Calling customer service was also challenging, especially choosing English language service. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, worse than SIXT.

The rating for Europcar at Charles de Gaulle Airport is highly inaccurate. It was said to be 9.2 out of 10, but according to Google, it's actually very poor with a score of only 2 out of 5. When picking up the car, a female employee from Europcar aggressively pushed insurance on me and insisted I cancel the comprehensive insurance I had already purchased to buy her recommended one. I firmly refused. She then gave me a hard time by not letting me pay for the cross-border fee, claiming I wouldn't be insured if I drove across the border. I had to take the car and continue my planned trip in southern France while contacting Zuzuche customer service. They advised me to speak to Europcar staff in Arles, but that branch also refused to amend the contract. Finally, when I reached Avignon, I went to another Europcar branch where, with direct coordination from Zuzuche customer service, the cross-border fee was processed, the contract was re-signed, and I obtained cross-border insurance to avoid driving without coverage.

1. Downgraded the car model without notifying beforehand. 2. Poor vehicle condition. 3. Delayed emergency rescue. 4. Rescue personnel lied and delayed assistance for 5 hours. 5. Rescue hotline was difficult to reach. 6. No after-sales service provided to resolve the loss caused. On the morning of November 21, my car broke down. The charging plug was stuck and couldn't be removed. The car couldn't be started. I waited around 3 hours before anyone came to help. The car worked for only 2 hours before the same issue occurred again at around 16:49. The rescue workers initially said they'd arrive in 45 minutes but kept delaying—first by 30 minutes, then another 30 minutes. The tracking website showed that they had arrived, but they hadn't. They lied to the assistance team saying they came but couldn't fix the issue, which wasn't true. After continuous follow-ups, every time I was informed they would arrive soon, but they kept delaying. Finally, at around 22:20, they arrived but couldn't resolve the issue. I missed an important meeting with my customer, who was very unhappy. This resulted in significant business losses.

When I arrived at the store, the car I had reserved was unavailable. They offered me two options: either pay an extra 500 euros to rent a sedan or add nearly 1000 euros for a larger BMW X5. Since my reservation pick-up time had passed, refunds were not allowed. Ultimately, I had to pay three times the original price to rent a car. The service attitude was terrible, the pick-up process was slow, and their stance was basically 'either pay more or forfeit the prepayment.' I've had over ten years of car rental experience across many countries, but this was my first time booking through Zuzuche, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.
