It consumed energy very quickly and was not even fully charged when handed to me. Although the display showed 400 kilometers when fully charged, it could barely cover 200 kilometers in reality. I didn't dare to use the air conditioning. The experience was very poor. Additionally, they didn't provide an invoice for the cost promptly after the car exchange. Calling customer service was also challenging, especially choosing English language service. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, worse than SIXT.
