Dollar and Thrifty are essentially the same company with shared staff. Overall service was average, but there was an Asian counter employee who was very efficient and quickly resolved our issue. Highly commendable!

I returned the car with a full tank, but they still charged me $57 for fuel and made me call customer service myself. Only refunded $51. Previously, they even tried to scam me by saying their fuel was cheap and to return the car with an empty tank. Absolutely shameless.

This rental was seemless!

Car itself was great. However insurance was really expensive. I paid just about $1000 in insurance alone for my rental which was 50% of the cost of the entire rental. Wish I wasn't talked into it by the counter people, otherwise good car.

The car rental counter took exceptionally long, due in large part to the manager refusing to allow his staff to use vehicles in the system. Instead, he ran around outside "preparing" cars and the staff used a walky talky to communicate car information and selection. Plus, the manager was rude to his staff. His staff was quite personable and professional, despite being treated so poorly.
