After taking a number at the car rental agency and waiting in line, they tried to upsell insurance but stopped when I told them I had already purchased it. This Kia is a hybrid and drives very well. The fuel consumption is around 5 liters per 100 kilometers. A good rental company.

The Centauro Star should have more control o ver 3rd party contracts. Especially if the customer has made an error which has a simple solution by amending the contract

“Dacia Sandero instead of Ford Focus...”

Woman at counter said that only Fiat 500 is available, when I was trying to told her that we need a compact because we have bikes she said that only Dacia Sandero is availabe. It was downgrade and we were really disappointed.
