Very good overall, but as we booked and paid on line before we went some of the charges weren’t explained properly to us ! You could make it clearer about fuel charges and insurance fees. We booked two cars and wanted to add a driver to one , but the guy we dealt with did not listen and added 3 drivers to on and two on the other ! And charged for the extra driver but it was quicker to just go with it.

The car pickup process was quick with no upselling. However, the store's opening time for car pickup was delayed by over ten minutes because the staff arrived late. The car was in excellent and very new condition.

Due to the inconvenience of parking in Barcelona, I returned the car early at a different location. There was a 40 EUR fee. The car pickup was convenient, with no additional requirements, and the car was new.
