When picking up the car, I filled in the wrong birth date (had to walk back from the parking lot to correct it), and there was confusion about the return location (the system submitted Abu Dhabi as the return location, but the store's confirmation slip showed Dubai). The reserved car model was not provided, Almo's prices are higher, but the cars are older—not worth it.

The main driver did not have an international credit card, which resulted in being unable to pick up the car or get a refund. It took over an hour of back-and-forth communication to be informed that changes or refunds were not possible. Had to make a new booking on the spot. Extremely poor experience.
