Very good but there was no communication. They gave me a smaller Q3 than I booked, and it was the only one reserved for me at the agency. My 24-inch suitcase and a carry-on just fit. The trunk is much smaller than a full size. Picking up the car with half a tank of gas is quite inconvenient. Returning it with half a tank as well.

I booked a small car, but they gave me a brand-new SUV upon arrival. It was such a pleasant surprise.
