The second time, the car I got had a flat tire, and I had to go back to exchange it. The third time, I was given a Mitsubishi.

When I got to the location, they told me there were no cars available! We had to spend over an hour standing at the store entrance with four suitcases while talking to customer service, eventually being told to pick up the car at another location. This wasted almost our entire afternoon and completely disrupted our travel plans. Do you know how much time we lost after coming all this way? Are you going to compensate us $150 for the time cost, the additional rental fee for changing the pickup location, and the taxi fare? I don't think so! How long are we expected to wait?

Make sure car rental company has the car people book and that they do not make people have to get an upgrade and pay more
