Cars are old they didn’t have my car type so I ended up with an old mini van. Takes about an hour to pick up your car. It’s offsite location

I got a Hyundai Elantra, about 70k miles, broken liner underneath the engine hanging to the ground. I asked for another one that shows on my reservation, but no more car. Very disappointed
