“Easy, but with a late arrival we wanted a car at airport & were mislead that it was but it was not”

Ace was a shuttle ride away. Pleasant CS but promoted w/in JAX airport but was not, we had to pick up car & drive 3 more hours to our destination. It was an exhausting day of traveling. Also mislead by $45 pre-paid fuel. Don’t recommend buying like we did. Not pro-rated. Not explained well at pickup. Cost exceeded booking $. Never had this happen b4 with Ace.

Misleading / marketing that Ace was at JAX airport. Was off-site & added an extra hour to our long trip.

I was expecting a Jeep Grand Cherokee and got some lower to the ground foreign car. (Not close to similar) I am glad I didn't have 5 people -- we would have been squished. The service was good. The only problem I had was because the guy took the rental car away so fast I left my glasses in it.
