Terrible service!! Not friendly at all! Waited over an hour to get the suv they didnt have. I had paid the deposit online plus the insurance for a total to be C$224.58 (Allianz for C$ 119.92). And now have been Charged $464.61!! USD? Are you kidding me? I was speaking to someone via 'monitor' and when I said I checked to pay the insurance and didnt need anything else he somehow said "just the standard?" and bamboozled me! The vehicle smelt like marijuana inside! The back passenger side tire was below pressure and when asked to pressurize it...they had nobody to do it and asked if I wanted a different vehicle (So I could wait another hour plus)? I will look into these manipulative practices which seem to be a scam and possibly contact the BBB. I want my money back! I will never use ACE again nor advise anyone to use this company.... I am not finished with this yet and look to be compensated for the full amount as recompense.

The staff was courteous and the car was nicely cleaned. Just a heads up Ace will make you purchase their liability insurance. Although that was the case, the rental was well worth the money spent.

Qeeq was great. It was easy to book and to get in contact with customer service when I needed to ask questions or get clarification.

I booked a Van with 15 passenger and 4 bags so I have enough space but the Van we got did not have space for a single luggage. We had to accommodate. Everything else was good. I would recommend not to book exact van according to the description, always opt for a larger one then you actually need.

Zero stars. Never got a car! I will never use them again. They are unreliable and do not know how to do business and treat customers terribly. Instead of calling me to inform me that they did not have a car available they left me stranded at the airport late at night. Couldn't get in touch with someone for my refund. Horrible.

they will do their best to get more money out of you. they offered the $3 upgrade to more than one person while I was standing. if you complain about the car they give you for any reason, they will tell you they don't have another one in the same price range, but if you pay an extra $3 per day they will get you a better car or a car without whatever you complained about. other than that, the staff seems nice. but the whole process lacks some integrity. shuttle drivers are nice people
