Very reliable, waited until very late.

A very good company, but the wait time for picking up the car was too long. There was only one customer being served before me, and I waited for over 20 minutes. After completing the paperwork, I had to wait another 10 minutes at the parking garage. Previously, in the US, Hertz rental process was very quick. Is this a common issue in Europe? Nonetheless, the process was smooth, with no extra sales pitches.

The pick-up location at the Louvre underground was easy to find. If you can’t find it, head towards the inverted pyramid underground, then follow the signs towards the Metro, and you’ll see it. The drop-off at Nice Airport was very clearly indicated and extremely quick.

The car I have reserved was not available at the time of pick up. The staff was very helpful to check other alternative options for me. Finally, a car on the same range has been arranged. It took some times to settle the whole rental process. I greatly appreciate the excellent service provided and would be great if the car could be clean up before rental.

Easy to use. At the beginning, I reserved another type of vehicle. I have amended my booking at the last-minute. I did get a full refund for my previous booking and made a new booking smoothly.
