The car was ready on time. Even though there were no cars available half an hour earlier, we got the car exactly on time. There were no upsell attempts, we finished the necessary formalities and drove off.

The store is easy to find. It's right there as soon as you come out with your luggage. The staff was also very friendly. Despite my poor English, the car pickup went smoothly.

The lady at the front desk in France was really nice and efficient. The first car we got was an Opel, but the trunk was too small. After mentioning it to the front desk, they swapped it for a Nissan, which was still small, but we didn't want to complain further, so we made do. So, don't pick up your car at 8 AM! It's very important. They tend to give you less desirable models first. My luggage, which was 26 and 22 inches, couldn't fit in the trunk, one had to be placed in the front seat.
