Easy, simple with friendly staff

The rental company is quite good, with friendly service. They offered a routine insurance upgrade promotion, but after declining, they didn't insist. The car return process was fairly quick—overall, not bad.

When picking up the car, they noticed we had a lot of luggage and upgraded us to a larger vehicle at the same price. The car was brand new, easy to operate, and the service was excellent. Returning the car was a bit difficult to locate, and we ended up paying a £5 parking fee after spending 2 minutes in the airport parking lot. The deposit was refunded the next day, which was very good.

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.
