Really great service and very nice staff. The front desk guy who helped me, Tilo, was super thoughtful and attentive.

Very satisfied. Booked through QEEQ, picked up the car at the store. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. They explained everything clearly when I didn't understand. After submitting the order and documents, they asked if we wanted daily insurance for 50 AUD, but we declined as per the booking. They were okay with it. The car inspection was done, and we received a similar car, a Kia Sportage.

I did ring and ask if they offered discount to Rio Tinto staff and I was told no. I wasn't aware that Europcar was previously thrifty, and we previously got a Rio discount via Thrifty

Advice on what the insurance fees were up front.

Car was not cleaned from earlier booking.

i waited for so long for the delivery bus. And i missed 2 buses because i didn't know that reservation is needed!
