Staff at location pickup (Rachel) and drop-off (Jennifer) were excellent. I should also compliment the other clients waiting when I picked up the vehicle ( a very collegial group). One of the benefits of a non airport location is that nobody is in such a rush to be somewhere else

It's quite good overall, although they did try to upsell insurance, which you can decline. The car has close to 60k miles, but it's not too old. The suspension makes a slight noise, but it doesn't affect usage. The 5.6 engine is very powerful. Great!
