Experience of the trip was brought down a bit by the car as a lot of driving was required.

Originally booked a Chrysler 300, but was told at Newark Airport that it wasn't available, and that there's no guarantee it will be! Later, they offered a choice between a Cadillac XTS and a Chevrolet Impala of the same grade. Considering the trunk space, we chose the Impala. Fortunately, the car was very new, with only 8000 miles on it. Driving performance was good and we were quite satisfied. Initially planned to give a 3-star rating. We had reserved a same-location pickup and drop-off, but due to traffic reasons, decided to return the car in Brooklyn. Successfully changed the return location at a Hertz point near Washington for free, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, a good experience.

The car was perfect..... but the problem was that the car had been paid for,but they could pick up the payment. We jad to pay again

We had a small problem with our own smartphone and it’s connectivity to the vehicle for Satnav. A team atone of your Midwest drop offs helped us immensely and even provided a portable backup Satnav unit.

The outcome (of a good quality long term rental at a cheaper price) was far superior to anything else we found. Well done!
