Counter staff were friendly & helpful The car was ok but smelled of cigarettes which I reported before I left the facility. I left my handicapped sign by mistake when I returned the car - I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the Hertz counter at the airport where I returned the car - I will be back in the next 2 weeks & hope I can retrieve it then.

It was Ok - I need to talk to someone in your customer service - I paid for a year in August for what I believe was Diamond service but not sure now what I am getting For my $!

my main gripe with my experience was with the shuttle service picking up from the airport. we waited at least 1/2 hour for the shuttle to come. we watched all the other car services come and go many times until thrifty finally showed up. we had no direct phone number to call them and waited on hold with the national number for 15 minutes to speak with someone (which by the way, did not help at all). once we got to the location, check in was quick and the car was clean and was larger than we expected.
