Car stank of old cigarettes not nice for a rental with children

I booked a Volvo but they didn't give it to me. I even saw one in the garage, but they made various excuses and gave me a similar model instead.

Large rental company with established standards.

The model provided at pickup was smaller than the original reservation, causing our luggage not to fit. After explaining the situation to them, we were told that we either take the smaller car, cancel the order, or pay extra for an upgrade. We spent 2 hours trying to resolve the issue with the rental company’s customer service but were not satisfied with the outcome. Since we couldn't afford to waste more time, we opted to pay extra for the upgrade.

Terrible branch, terrible staff, they don't understand English, overcharged, bad at math, rude communication with rental service customer support, and the issue hasn't been resolved for a month

The queue for picking up the car was very long, waited for more than an hour.
