Specifics on car size are misleading

Reviewed: Sun, Nov 28, 2021
About Budget: 9.0 /10
We booked a car that said it held 7 passengers. We made the decision so that the 5 of us would be more comfortable and have room for luggage. What a shock to find the seats that were considered seats 6 and 7 were not real seats - I'm not sure a two year old child could have sat in those seats. And, had we actually need the seats there would have been NO ROOM for a single bag. The advertising of a 7 passenger mini van is VERY misleading. I urge caution when booking - do not take the specs at face value.

Deposit was refunded super fast. I originally booked a Toyota and ended up with a BYD instead, and honestly the BYD’s driving experience totally blows those crappy European cars out of the water.

The rental company was fantastic. When the garage didn't have the car I booked, they upgraded me to an Audi A6 Avant for free. Returning the car was extremely easy, taking about 5 minutes to complete all the procedures, which made our trip incredibly smooth.

The booking process was great, and all was as confirmed when collecting the vehicle. The price was also great. It was a pleasure doing business with Easyrentcars and I will definitely use them again.
