The service was good. They recommended an upgrade but didn't force it. The car I got was the Audi A3 as booked, with only 10,000 kilometers on it. Although one of the brake lights malfunctioned during the trip, this is a common issue with Audis and not related to the rental company. The 1.5T A3 could still reach over 200 km/h on the unrestricted highways.

This is my second time renting from this company this year. Picking up and returning the car was quick and easy.

Simple procedures, no hard sell for extra insurance.

Staff will usually recommend you buy full insurance; it's a good way for them to earn money. It's up to you, of course. Full insurance provides safety in case of accidents, but for ten days it depends on your driving skills and your knowledge of the routes, rules, and your destinations. I didn't buy full insurance, just the standard one. The staff was helpless but said the compensation in case of an accident would be very different. I firmly refused.
