There was almost no queue, but since I didn't provide the arrival flight number, I picked up the car at T2 and they had to transfer the car from T1, which took half an hour.

They tried to upsell me a vehicle upgrade, and when I declined, they did not provide the reserved brand. The car was old, had insufficient power, the windows leaked, and there were significant scratches on the exterior.

We were scheduled to pick up the car at 10:30 AM, but Hertz had no cars available that day without prior notice. We waited until 4 PM with no clear explanation from them; they kept avoiding the issue. During drop-off, we were inexplicably charged an extra $100, and we still haven't received a response.

The handling was not particularly efficient. Average. I didn't receive the car keys and had to wait. I waited and waited, but no one came. When I went back, it turned out the keys had been ready for a while, but no one informed me.

They didn't have the car I reserved. They substituted another vehicle but then gave me keys for a third vehicle. This made the return very difficult as they had no idea what to do to close the rental.
