AVIS had the longest queue, and we waited for about twenty minutes, but the process itself was quick. We originally booked a Subaru but were given a Toyota CHR instead. The staff was very kind and helpful. They were not very familiar with QEEQ's full insurance at first and had some questions. After I explained that I had already purchased full insurance in China, everything was sorted out quickly. Returning the car was also very easy; after confirming that we had refueled, the process was complete. I am very satisfied with AVIS's service.
