pick up process was almost entirely digital which made it much quicker than we expected - less than 10 mins. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Car was practically new, which was nice and meant it was pretty efficient and easy to drive. Best part is that our contract allowed us to drive on gravel, which so few car hire contracts do (eg campervans). Only quibbles i have is with the car design. i just wish the back seats in SUVs would fold down flat instead of at a bit of an angle. Also, got upsell on insurance at counter and again via email (after we clearly said no). The more they push, the more convinced we are it is a bad deal.

The booking platform was fine. Easy to use. no complaints.

The car was the perfect size for luggages.

Rented the car from Melbourne airport. Even though it was close to mid night both the staff members at the main counter were very helpful. They were quick in providing the rental cars. Got KIA CERATO in a clean condition. Also requested for a baby seat which the staff already arranged for in-advance. Document check and other formalities were quickly completed. During return the staff was available at the Drop-off zone. They confirmed the full fuel indicator and also took a photo as confirmation. Gave enough time to take out stuff from the car. Overall it was a very nice experience, unlike to few reviews which i read previously. Great going guys, will rent again from Europcar when needed.

I found this site very well priced compared to other website which provide similar car rent services. In-fact for the same car service provider EasyRentcars provide a much better price (including for Full-protection insurance which covers all the things). I have bookmarked the link to use it again.
