I rented a car from this company and extended the rental twice. During the first pickup, the female staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional, providing a car in excellent condition. The second extension was smooth as well, and I kept the same car. However, during the third extension, the front desk staff was an older gentleman who insisted on giving me a different car. It took over 20 minutes to switch to a car with less-than-ideal condition. On the third day of driving, the car's battery died after parking for two hours near the Acropolis. I contacted the rental company, and they sent someone (on a motorcycle) to jump-start the car. I immediately requested a battery replacement or a different car. After driving to the rental company's location near the airport, their technician claimed that the battery issue was my fault and asked me to pay for the replacement. After a 20-minute discussion during which my group strongly insisted, the company replaced the battery (which took only five minutes), and the car worked fine thereafter. Returning the car was the most tedious process I've ever experienced—various inspections were done repeatedly, causing the return process to take about 30 minutes. Overall, my experience was good, but there were issues with the attitude and methods of certain staff members.

The actual car rental agency was http://road-runner.gr/ and NOT Surprice rent a car. Also found out after the fact that they would have delivered the car to us in Kini! So there was no need to come all the way to the harbor.

The pick-up location is not well marked on the easyrentcars website, and it took many back-and-forth emails to establish the exact pick-up location. In the end, it was more effective to get directly in touch with the car rental agency (which was also DIFFERENT from what was listed & therefore took a bit of long research to establish correct local contact details). After finding out the correct name of the car rental agency (Road-Runner, NOT Surprice), they informed us that the pick-up location was right at the main harbor road.

We were upgraded to a larger car. It was dark so we could not check the bodywork with confidence, so checked it the next day in daylight and found minor dents from previous users. I photographed them and sent them to Surprice who replied promptly with thanks and confirmation that we would not be affected. Upon return, staff were gushingly helpful and pleasant. A positive contribution to the holiday experience.

Car was old and various things did not work well. Passenger seatbelt did not tension, central locking did not work, and made a noise when cornering to the right. Worst car I have ever rented

the babychair was dirty and needed to be cleaned, the car wasnt a new one and engine management light and oil light kept flashing on and off, worrying especially when in a foreign country and no idea how to speak the local language. also there was many additions to the price quoted that pushed the cost way too high. also no directions and was not easy to find the site.
