Great car and good service on pick up and collection

Struggled to submit evidence of booking at the end...didn’t accept first submission of proof

all excellent, the only thing to improve is the initial contact with the person at the airport

They charge extra 150 euro so I could take the car at an Island and they ask extra 200 euro for full coverage for a week which i thnk is too much .

I rented a Suzuki Swift or similar and got the Hyundai I10. It's a smaller car than it was supposed to be.

We rented a car for 8 days - on the final day it broke down we wasted probably in total around 3 hours of our day waiting for breakdown help then ultimately help from Surprice , completely spoiled our last day and meant that my partner was unable to visit the grave of a recently deceased relative which we intended to do on our way back to the airport and caused a lot of anxiety that we may miss our plane . We have graded counter staff as poor as there was no sympathy / empathy or apology - no offer to refund all or part of the rental fee and the experience has caused a lot of distress

No problems with the broker at this stage
