Was surprised that the vehicle only had "3/8" tank of gas upon pick up, and we were told to return it at the same level.

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

The worst experience ever! the car was dirty, smelly from cigarettes, and the fuel wasn't on full (half way to the other bar), When i returned the car, the young guy that was checking me out was rude ( I think his name is Edward- not sure). .I'm renting cars for years, all over the world, and never had this experience. I wrote them an email about it (1st time I ever send an email about this kind of situation). I really hope that they will find a way to compensate me.

Counter was super slow checking in than when brought car back was a little better but ask for a receipt said I wii send you an email Am I still waiting for it need for my expense account!!!!!!!!! I did refute some one to you !!!!!!!!

Like: The keep was great. Less than $100 for MondayMonday-friday.
Dislike: My information was not in system initially like I didn't have a reservation.
