Not enough staffing! Or too many on breaks! Insurance issues will never rent again for you

No one answered the phone when we called to be picked up from the airport and had to wait an hour, while everyone else got picked up from their shuttle right away. However, the car was better than expected. New 2019 Kia Forte, very nice car. The lady that helped us check in seemed a bit disengaged and uninterested in helping us, but the guy that helped us check out was awesome and fast. Overall, the whole process went fine and price was great, so I would probably rent from here again.

Car was great! Excellent condition. The only problem is I had a flight to catch at 6:45 and Routes did not open until 6am which I was not aware of. I assumed there would be a drop box and or instructions on what to do if you have an early flight. There was no drop box to leave the key and car. If this were available I would strongly recommend routes, otherwise if you have an early flight to catch you might want to look elsewhere. It was a great experience minus the drop off mishap.

We had to wait over 50 min for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport:( And this is at 6:30 am on Sun.

Like: Car ran smooth,comfortable,clean and great on gas! I will be renting another car in the future!!
Dislike: Nothing.

Like: Marlene was very informative and God is in our vehicle rather quickly
Dislike: The only drawback was that it was not at the airport
