Really disappointed with Europcar. Was told on arrival that they only have a Vauxhall Mokka, rather than the Qashqai. "Offered" an upgrade to an XC90, at just £90 per day as my choice wasn't available. Then offered a mercedes at an extra 50 per day. Still wanted my choice but was told the Mokka is the same. It definitely is not

Staff were humorous and provided good service. The only downside was that adding an additional driver was too expensive at £15/day. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The vehicle was in excellent condition.

Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.
