Having no representative on the ground at Sydney InterNational airport wasn’t great. Took ages to work out what to do with the key and hand back the car as there were no instructions. Eventually someone came along from another car rental company and instructed us.

“Overall was alright except for pick-up experiences..”

The pick-up was supposed to be at 12pm but ended up had to wait for more than 1 hour which affected my plans for the day. The counter staff wasn't very friendly.

“Melbourne Road Trip”

Like: The team at Europcar were great, even though we did not get the car we reserved they looked after us with providing an upgrade, it was a nice surprise my kids are still talking about the Jaguar SUV we drove to Melbourne in.
Dislike: Our only disappointment was the fact we did not get the car we reserved due to heavy smoker, however the Europcar team came to the rescue and upgraded our vehicle, very nice touch considering the situation.

Like: The staff at pick up is friendly but staff at drop off is not friendly.
Dislike: I was told that cash is accepted at drop off counter, but then when I wanted to make cash payment over drop off counter, the staff told me only credit card is accepted.
