“Service similar to a low cost airline. You can fly but with many irritants”

Had a tough time finding the location in the airport. The location is really not close to the airport and that added more time to pick up. I didn't get the Nissan Rogue as booked but a jeep which is technically an upgrade but inconvenient. The tank was half full which was always a problem for me as I didn't know how much to fill. The folks at the counter were friendly and so also the person who dropped us.

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.

My only complaint is that we had an early flight. The location was supposed to open at 6:00 am and the shuttle to the airport was supposed to leave at 6:05. They did not even open their gate/door until 6:10. It may not seem like a lot of time, but when you are trying to make a flight, it could potentially make you miss your flight.
