Great value

Had a tough time finding the location in the airport. The location is really not close to the airport and that added more time to pick up. I didn't get the Nissan Rogue as booked but a jeep which is technically an upgrade but inconvenient. The tank was half full which was always a problem for me as I didn't know how much to fill. The folks at the counter were friendly and so also the person who dropped us.

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

Vehicle had major drive line vibration issue. When I returned the vehicle early the staff could not issue a refund and instead directed me to contact their customer service department.

Like: Route were very professional from the point of picking us up from airport till dropping us off. They didn't try to up sell rather asked if i want an upgrade for free, car was clean and everything worked out well. Will use them again in future.
