YOr counter staff were rude and not helpful. Now Im being charged with charges that I already paid previously and they keep trying to charge my account $52 and $26.70 for what? I prepaid my $81.89...

Not helpful at the counter. Had proof of insurance but would not let us leave without purchasing their insurance!

At pickup location, they made me pull up my insurance policy information to make sure I had adequate coverage and also put on a $500 hold on my credit card. If I did not have online access to my insurance policy, they probably would have made me get their coverages. Also, they tried very hard to push their toll payment service for $13/day by telling me that I would likely be paying up to $25/day and this would save me money. I declined and only paid about $2.00 per day in tolls during by 4 days in Orlando.

It was not clear where to find the shuttle for pick up at the airport. Better instructions on the confirmation email should be made.
