A misrepresented ripoff, insurance excess of euro32,000 is nothing but a scam.

Dollar and Hertz have merged, and I have used Dollar in the US before.

The customer service actively recommended insurance and GPS upgrade, but later calls couldn't get through.

Quite disappointing. First, they didn't inform us that we couldn't drive a Mercedes, even though the system clearly showed it was available. Second, the gas station was quite far, and since the gas tank was one bar short, they charged us for a full tank. It seems like they are desperate to make money.

The store is not at the airport; it's too close to take a car but too far to walk, and very hard to find. No shuttle service for customers, unsatisfactory.
