Car was in terrible condition. Windshield was so filthy we had to pull over and wipe the inside to decrease the sun glare... Engine noise was horrible, siunded like there was a hole in the muffler, worn tires, or something. Seemed like there was a loud car in my blindspots whenever I was at 56-57 mph... Worst rental driving experience ever.

No problems at all. Easy to book, easy to cancel.

Great car. Only with they had more than one agent at the counter. Took a little longer to get through the line.

Girl at desk mumbled something about my car would be brought out front waited for 20 minutes finally went back in side to find out where it was and was told by someone else the car was in the lot out front also told it was brand new only 400 miles no damage to it , found a big door ding when we got to hotel . This bothered me all week thought they would try to say I did it. Thankfully they said nothing on inspection when I dropped it off

No, smaller vehicle than I paid!! I want monies refunded for the difference in rental fees. Thank you

Charged an additional unlisted $220 for insurance deductible.... Straight robbery. According to the counter clerk it was not an optional fee. Will never use this service agai.
