Exceeded Expectations

About Avis: 9.8 /10
Like: We were upgraded at no charge to a larger vehicle that was very comfortable and easy to drive. We were not charged for picking up in Vancouver and dropping off in Calgary which was appreciated.

The staff were extremely friendly, there was no upselling, and they even let me choose my preferred car model. Returning the car was very convenient.

“Good service, dumb modern car.”
About Avis: 9.0 /10
The car was not the car I booked. Although new and in good condition, the auto-assist driving features drove me nuts, and I really didn't have the time or inclination to learn how to turn them off, if this was even possible.
