He didn't try to sell me anything, but I decided to add full insurance at the store for peace of mind. It wasn't expensive, just over 100 pounds for 7 days. Because the rural roads in the UK are narrow, I initially wasn't used to it and scratched the wheels. When I returned the car, the staff said they would hold my 500-pound deposit and refund it after the insurance claim. The refund was processed in a few days. Traveling through the Cotswolds without a car would be inconvenient; the most enjoyable part of my trip to the UK was driving through the countryside.

Very professional. You can see this company's shuttle buses all over the roads in the UK, and their prices are cheaper than others. Highly recommend for the UK. They didn't push insurance sales either.
