Easy Drive

The rental company caused trouble at every step. They charged five times the deposit compared to other companies for the same car model. It's outrageous. When we returned the car, they saw we had bought the full insurance and still charged us extra. I will never use this rental company again.

Neither good nor bad, just so-so. Waited for 30 minutes, spent another 30 minutes discussing the car model, took 1 hour to rent the car.

Deceptive practices, renting out a sedan as an SUV, pretending not to understand English! No service and awful attitude! Will never rent from this company again! Unauthorized charges! No guidance on how to pick up or exchange the car, had to figure it all out on my own, even asked other rental companies about how to operate the car. Most frustrating rental experience! They told me to go to another branch to exchange the car, which was a complete scam! Went to Florence to change the car, wasted time and fuel, and there were no cars available! Everything seemed fine upon return, but the moment I arrived back home, I got a message about a charge! Where can I even complain about this? First time encountering such a predatory charge!

The pick up drop off location at Naples’s airport is chaotic. Insufficient shuttle buses, overcrowded re parking. Generally a stressful pick Up/drop off experience

Dislike: I asked for a small size but was given mid size because they did not have any left. Parking was slightly more difficult.
