Quite satisfied. Photos were taken during both pickup and return to thoroughly inspect the car, which helps avoid disputes about any damage upon return. Since it is a local rental company with shorter working hours, no staff was present at the counter during return, and they didn't answer the phone. Eventually, I had to contact QEEQ customer service to locate someone. The booking specified a particular car model, but the given vehicle was not the same. It consumes fuel relatively quickly.

I didn't purchase the car rental company's full insurance but opted for the platform's insurance instead, which was half the cost. The rental company only reminded me that they wouldn't be responsible for claims; other than that, there were no issues. The vehicle was in great condition; although it was an SUV and relatively wide, having a rearview camera was very helpful, especially for parking in Sicily. I would choose them again next time. Their attitude was friendly, the inspection was thorough, and they provided airport shuttle services.

The service was great, but they don't provide rental and return receipts.
