Overall the service was pretty warm and friendly. The staff who helped us when we picked up the car was great. The person at drop-off felt a bit stiff and less approachable, but still within an acceptable range. To be fair, service standards in Italy aren’t exactly known for being amazing anyway.
The staff were very patient, and their service attitude during both pickup and drop-off was excellent. The car I rented was also very new. The experience was fantastic.
