It was quite troublesome. They mentioned that WeChat could be used during the booking process, and they confirmed its availability, but they didn’t use it in practice. Communication was difficult. WhatsApp is no longer accessible for mainland China phone numbers, so there was no solution.

Other rental companies allow the use of a debit card, but this one doesn't. There was no reminder about using Sesame Credit either. In the end, I couldn't pick up the car at all, wasting two days of rental fees.
