We did not yet receive a confirmation of drop-off since we had to drop off the vehicle before business hours by dropping the car key in a lock box.
Customer service at pickup was fantastic !
I left my bag at the counter while renting the car, and two days later, I went back to find it was well kept! They did try to upsell insurance and switched the car, but the car was great to drive.
