The car we were given exceed our expectations. Very good to drive & very comfortable. Staff on pick up & drop off were extremely helpful, couldn’t do enough for us.

Very dissatisfied. I rented a car for a month and there was a free ferry service that they didn't mention. I found out later and told the rental company they should inform customers in advance. What kind of nonsense is this? No one would know unless you say something. It's all just a play on words. Ridiculous. The car rental platform also played the blame game and sent many emails that were a waste of time and did nothing useful. Extremely disappointing! As a platform, if you can't secure benefits for your customers, you should cover those costs instead of ignoring the issue!

We wanted to extend the rental by 4 hours and gave up. The hire company couldn't extend more than 2 hours without you notifying them and you said it wasn't up to you we had to contact them
