I booked certain car (Corvet) . When i came to the office , they said that there is no corvet . And offer another , as they told “similar “. But the was not coupe car . It was 4 doors car . And it’s windscreen wipes were broken . After that they told me that they dont have similar car any more . And offer another kind of car . But they didnt change the price.

The staff at Kennedy were really polite. I originally booked a car with Dollar, but due to a locked credit card, I had to switch the reservation last minute. I initially reserved a Toyota Camry, but they gave me a Kia W5. I noticed one of the tires had low pressure, so they replaced it with a Chevrolet Malibu. Although I felt the Malibu was a lower tier than the Camry, it was around 4:30 PM and I still had a 5-hour drive ahead to my destination. Because of the language barrier, I just took the car and left. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating, checked my order, confirmed I had full insurance, and asked where I was headed to determine if I needed an EZPass. Overall, I am satisfied.
