Very nice, they even gave me a map and recommended fun places to visit.

The customer service was efficient and friendly. After I declined the insurance, they did not push me to purchase it. The car model matched the order, and the vehicle was in good condition.

We had to wait in line for an hour, and everyone was very frustrated. The staff said they were short-handed, and after finishing the paperwork, we had to wait another 20 minutes because the car hadn't been washed. The previous customer had the same issue, waiting on-site for the car to be cleaned. They did a quick rinse just for appearances; there were debris in all the crevices, and the interior wasn't properly cleaned. We ended up spraying disinfectant ourselves.

The first car was significantly damaged on collection which wasn't noticed until the day after due to darkness and torential rain. This car should never have been issued to us. However, once contacting them they immediately changed the vehicle and were really helpful.

All good.

Counter staff were excellent to deal with. They had a little problem with the computer program when picking up the car. We had a little problem finding the road to drop off the car.
